Can anyone recommend a shop that will put a new tyre onto the wheel?

BQuik at BiG C on Suk at Pattaya Tai is one option - and you can get an idea of prices online if you want.

 

Siri A-Nan - Karnyang have a couple of places. I have used the one heading north on Suk just past Pattaya Nua on the left. a couple of times.
