Popular Post AlphaCanadian
At the 7-11 right by my place there is a really cute girl who I have seen a couple of times. Today I talked with her and her English was fairly good and she offered the information that she worked at the leasing office of that building and that she worked 9-6 today. She seems nice and it would be nice to spend time with her. This may be a silly question and I am prepared for some silly remarks but what is a good suggestion/way to ask her out? I guess I could go to the leasing office and seem interested in a room there and then ask if she wants to meet on her day off. Thanks in advance. 2
Popular Post FritsSikkink
You already talked to her, do it again and ask her out. Surprised a alpha male needs this sort of advice. 8 2

Popular Post chopin2
I remember taking a girl to a simple, but decent restaurant on a first date. "Are we really gonna eat in this place, she said??????" She obviously expected something more fancy, never saw her again of course. Don't spend beyond your means. 3 1

dotpoom
More and more I am convinced that "social media" is causing people to lose the ability to "think for themselves". I come across daily, questions on how to do common everyday stuff ....stuff that most people used to figure out themselves..... I remember someone commenting in a discussion one time on how some people seemed to have the gift of "mental telepathy". He reckoned that we all had this ability in the distant past (like the ability to "sense" when a loved one was in danger no matter where they were..stuff like that) but since modern ways of communicating with each other devoleped more and more...we ceased using this function/ability and eventually lost it. Things like mail delivery, phones, telegraphs and of course ...now the computer. It leads me to ask....where will mankind be in another 50 or 100 years concerning our ability to "think for ourselves" if we continue making the progress we are making in development at this lightening pace. Will we be asking ..."How does one use a bum gun"?....Ohh!, sorry,.. we have reached that point already (I remember someone asking it on here last year). 2

Here sometimes i see guys doing the shopping and if they cant find what gf or wife put on list, they start calling in panic about what she means or what she wants??!! Cant think themselves. Or when waiting for open bridge, instantly start calling and telling "im waiting for the bridge". But ok thats all another story, at one point we ill have chips implanted with a screen in front of us. Or we will be borg, all assimilated, one collective mind

Popular Post action
One good way to break the ice is to ask her for help with something. Like translating a document, helping you with your Thai or showing you where a certain place is. This usually makes her feel more confident and comfortable with you. My best advice for approaching women is to compliment them on something specific, best if it's something she put effort or thought into. Telling her she's cute or pretty is something she probably hears everyday (if she really is) and something she was just born with. I used to always compliment their nails, hair or shoes. If she'd done her nails up nice, compliment that. They never hear that from a man. I also used to compliment a girls shoes, and then I'd say "My ex girlfriend used to take me shoe shopping with her, it's amazing all of the different kinds of shoes there are." It's complete B.S. but more often than not they'd fall right into my arms. Confidence is genetically attractive for women. Whatever you do, don't act weak. Good Luck! 2

You just need to keep it real otherwise you'll be surprised when your gf runs off with a younger thai guy
