Come on, that's very weak. Safe to say there are ten thousand to one expats regretting their investments in LOS to those who jumped from a rented condo. RE investment doesn't have that many moving parts, basically S & D and inventory. Presently the outlook is bleak, the crackdown on short term rentals, exit of western expats, exchange rates. All this points to hordes of Chinese and Indians as neighbors. Talk about block busting!
