No, but you could give them all your account details with a challenge to empty it before they get moved to an inactive post. Which is essentially what would happen

 

Only cash at Immigration and most Government Offices.

 

They sure do not want an electronic cash system that you can not make  the transaction disappear.

In manny nanny states people now, want to pay a packet of candy or half a litre of milk with a card, so it's the opposite madness! 

Why not do what everyone else does and pay cash? 

Using card reduce crime and good documentation, where spend .....many shops do not acc cash after 8 pm in Scandinavia.

No one has ever stolen a number from one of my bank notes. On the other hand, on my bank card, it happened two months ago and I had to oppose it so your point of view is only theoretical 

Why would you bother for such a small amount anyway ?
