SABloke
So I was driving to work and suddenly my turning lane got stopped by one of Bangkok's finest. Who would like to take a guess as to why he was stopping my lane. The "sidewalk" might be an obvious clue for some.

We have a winner (kind of)! He was letting motorcycles from the side road turn against traffic and onto the pavement. Now I know most/all traffic laws in Thailand mean nothing due to a lack of enforcement, but never have I come across such a blatant situation where the RTP were encouraging illegal driving. 1

You've put some effort into this, diagrams and all. You're right though - they do this all the time.
