Video: You might want to avoid double parking after seeing this!

Hilarious footage from a condominium car park showed a man bumping and shunting other vehicles to get his preferred parking spot.

But it was no laughing matter for the other people parked there who have been advised to contact the police.

The footage posted on the Facebook page of Anuchid Thakham showed a man drive into the parking lot at 10.26 pm.

He first moves some cars with his hands then shunts others with his own vehicle as he squeezes into a tight corner.

Soon after he is captured on the film coming back and looking under the hood for some reason.

The juristic person office at the condo clamped him but he cut off the clamp himself.

He then had the temerity for blaming the juristic person for going over the top.

The juristic person has advised those who suffered damage to their vehicles to go to the police, reported Thai Rath.

The poster of the clip warned people about the problems associated with double parking in Thailand.

I refuse to double park. I don't trust people pushing my car around, and I don't like leaving it in neutral with no brake. I have no problem going elsewhere if I can't park.

  • Unbelievable, the driver of that car needs a damn good slap, then somebody with bullbars on his vehicle should do the same to him.

If you look carefully, what do you see?  There are two arrows, one pointing straight and the other pointing and directing traffic to go left.  So far so good.  The next thing to observe are two cars parked where the left arrow is directing drivers to go, and they are right in front of cars that are parked correctly and they would not be able to leave.  Why did the drivers of those cars have to park in a drive through space?  Was it to allow another clown or clowns to move the cars around by whatever means they liked so they could park in those spaces?

OCD dude. I'm impressed with his ability to improvise and maneuver vehicles, especially his. I'm also amazed by how many left their cars in neutral with the parking brake off. Or maybe I'm not amazed since this is Thailand.

This is deliberate. Many car parks here have signs up telling to people to double-park with handbrake off and in neutral.

He was pissed because cars were blocking the road - as they like to do Probably had a bad day and that was the straw that broke the camels back. This is a typical condo complex - too many residents and not enough parking spaces.

Obviously not the first time he done this. More like every day for a few years, getting more and more sophisticated..

Some clamp.

I would be hoping he comes out one morning to find every panel on his car smashed in plus all the windows broken, this ar*ehole really needs to be put in his place

Typical of the ignorant prigs who just plonk their cars wherever they choose, without any consideration for others.

Maybe the aggrieved fellow came back to re-arm his Under the Hood Bazooka, in readiness for clearing the way on his way out ?

The most selfish entitled people in all of Asia

Good lessons for those who prefer to double park rather than spend more time to find parking and walk.

Just another local angry, entitled child-king.

Just happened to me 1/2 an hour ago.

Was in City Park Ayutthaya having some lunch and a bit of shopping.
Came out to find an old pick up parked behind me, plenty of free parking spaces but none close to the mall entrance.

Luckily handbrake off and in neutral but wheels not straight !! Pushed it back and it blocked the whole aisle, my gf was going to push it back after but I said “ no , leave it so he can learn next time “ !

Exactly, I use their lazy attitude to my advantage, I always see lower floors crammed and double parked while higher floors have plenty of free space.

I love your optimism about them learning.. If only.. ?

Thirty something years ago I used to write Editorials about how well mannered, gracious and courteous these people were.

”WERE” and “Thirty something,” being the key elements to those old stories.

Since then, “Boss Hog” has been here and infected a sadly, overwhelming number

of the Locals with a severe dose of SWINEISHNESS.

Yes,a prick, but a prick who knows how to park his car in a tight space. Would be interesting to read the follow-up story.

Going against the grain here but I have no sympathy for those who double park leaving

properly parked cars blocked in. I don't know about this Dude. If it was a condo with

assigned parking and he could not get to his spot because of double parked cars.

Fair play.

They leave the cars in neutral and hand brake off so if one is blocking  ur car one can push it a bit so one can get out,,,, Simple Simon,,,, Down here they do this all the time ON level Ground.
