New Bank Notes

Featured Replies

I have noticed the new bank notes seem to be short on numbers. For people with poor eyesight or in poor light, it can be quite difficult to work them out.

This is extremely poor design, and somebody should be held to account.

Its not Mojomors fault he got the new notes .

Don't blame the victim, its the banks fault

As a number I can read (English numerals) I see only one front and back on both old and new notes?

The numbers (on the back especially) are a little fainter than before and they have moved the front one to the bottom right on 20s and 100s which can be a little confusing.......

So yes I would agree that the design is not as clear as before but not that they are short...........

The Thai currency has different colors and sizes to help distinguish which bill is which.

Looks like the size of the font was not a huge factor.

C'mon, who really needs to read the numbers on the banknotes anyway? Just by seeing the colour of the banknote you will immediately know if it's a 20, 50, 100, 500 or a 1,000 note.

The 20s and 50s are a bit hard to distinguish in poor light.
