Can anyone please recommend a rental shop that has cars or trucks with tow hitch attached?  Preferably Pattaya area, but Bangkok is probably more likely and fine.  I've contacted most of the Pattaya big rental shops and so far no luck.  I can even bring my own tow hitch if the vehicle is set up for one.  I recently bought a boat and it's sitting in my condo parking lot high and dry with no way to get to the water.
