How long do these plug in wifi things last for in Thailand?

Featured Replies

We had a techie guy come to our office to install some equipment. He gave us the plug in wifi device which is still working. Does it stop working when

the data runs out or is it a 30 day issue?

thanks

Depends what the device is, sounds like it may be a cellular internet device, gets internet via the mobile phone network. A normal monthly bill or prepaid, data limit or time limit, like a phone etc.

There isnt usually a need to add wifi to a device as devices, computers and phones, already have wifi.

It depends on "some equipment".

It's like asking: how much power does some equipment use?

It depends on the equipment. You know, they have all names, brands and model numbers.

And if all that is too technical for you then you could just post a picture from some device...

It'll probably last for quite some time.

As long as it takes to transfer all your company and personal data to the 'techie guy'.

why not upload a picture of the "plug in wifi" thing, so folks can better answer your question.

yes Mike, you would think!  seriously, some of the questions on here are just mind blowing

How long is a piece of string? Knowledge is power!

I assume it is in the form of a USB stick. There is generally, but not always, a connection charge to the network but apart from that the USB is only an access point
