I need a suggestion about how to sell condo in Cha-am?

As an American I find the whole Thai real estate market to be unacceptable as none of my very basic question could be answered by the useless real estate agents.

In addition to listing it with someone like century 21, you should list it yourself on bahtsold.com.

How much are you asking?

Lots of condos in Hua Hin and that may have an effect on potential sales. Not saying Cha Am isn't nice, almost bought there myself, it's just that there's a lot to choose from right now in the area.

Thank you for your guide.

That could be because your price is too high. Have you compared your room with other rooms for sale in the same condo?

There's always a selling price point.

But my room live in the this project too (Krisadanakorn)

Very very similar sounding.

I have already changed my price to 6 M THB.

Great, if not sold within the timeframe you'd like, LOWER the price again!

You have perhaps  STILL not lowered it to the correct selling price.
