To help migrant workers in Thailand to overcome language barriers and better access protection and regal remedies, the UN Migration Agency (IOM), has partnered with the Ministry of Labour to develop a handbook targeting interpreters and Thai service providers.

Thai Airways International (THAI) has adjusted its flight schedule and cancelled some round-trip flights on the Bangkok-Hong Kong route during September 15-17 due to Typhoon Mangkhut.

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Gunmen with rifles and pistols killed three people on Friday and injured at least seven in a tourist plaza in downtown Mexico City, police said, adding that they were chasing three men dressed as mariachi musicians who fled on motorbikes.
