Tesla's Musk is sued for calling British Thai cave rescuer pedophile

Featured Replies

If he wants to sue everyone who is suggesting he has developed mental problems he will go broke on legal fees...the numbers are legion. Including many of his own past admirers/followers.

Except Musk doesn't want to shake hands and let it be finished. After his initial remarks he apologized and then, some weeks later, he repeated it. And Musk said Vernon should sue him - otherwise

  • Don't agree at all. In the wider scheme of things, Musk has pioneered things that will help to make the world a vastly better place.   Obviously what he said about the guy being a paedophile

That is "free speech". Calling someone a pedo is something totally different.

Care to expand your thoughts?

In court, "we all know what it means" would be foolish.
As well as "obvious intention".
Can you imagine some of these genius types against a billionaires lawyer?
Oops doesn't quite cover it.
Bored now, bye Trannie

If it was taken in isolation you may have a point, but Musk's later statements clarified his intended meaning. The evidence would cover all supporting statements.
