have 2 routers running on TOT and both can not open up any .com websites....seem to be be able to open .be or other websites?

what could be wrong?

am currently on my mobile DTAC network and no issues there opening any websites...

Also had problems with TOT internet but now it seems that they were having some network probs but now back to normal.
