How on earth do you Diet in Thailand ?
To lose weight healthily: Each day.... Eat two 5-egg omelets Eat one can of tuna Eat one chicken breast Eat rice with each meal Drink Sichuan green tea Repeat daily. The above contains almost zero sugar. Use vinegar, soy sauce, white pepper, chili pepper for any required additional flavoring. Eat bread and tuna, as desired, for an extra snack. -

Bringing a bike into Thailand as sports luggage
I've taken 2 bicycles into Thailand. Never a problem. There's a parable I recalled, although the one I remembered was about Garlic across the France/Belgian border. The one I find online is about Sand on the Mexico/US border. Story here. -

How on earth do you Diet in Thailand ?
I recently inspected our kitchen - and I was horrified. I thought gf is cooking reasonable food. How wrong I was!!! Yeah, I noticed already how reluctant she is to buy fruit (I have never known a Thai who eats fruit), but never mind, I buy and eat it, no cooking required. The vast amounts of rice she serves with every meal end up in the toilet bowl (secretly, of course). But what I found in the kitchen...pounds of sugar, salt and MSG - none of that cr@p I have ever bought in my life. This ends up on my dinner plate! Has anybody ever had success teaching an adult Thai the most basic things about healthy nutrition? How?? I can't cook, and I guess if I tried it it would ruin the relationship. Like all Thais, she drinks basically only water, so that's good. And she doesn't buy sweet things, so that's very good. -

I have never watched much of the View - I don't think it's in my channels when in Australia or here. What I have seen I found to be a reasonable discussion - people saying what they felt - I got a bit bored and didn't concur with all they said but they seemed like reasonable people. To me shows like the 5 seems horribly manufactured - I doubt the sincerity of some of them and if they are sincere then they are not nice people. No problem if Republican or Democrat - it's about how you go about making the case in my opinion. -

There is this place, albeit out of town 88/9 Sueb Siri Rd, ตำบล ในเมือง Amphoe Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima, Chang Wat Nakhon Ratchasima 30000, Thailand | Instant Street View Also there are bar s drive past la panza away from suranee monument . Most bars are for young thais. Newish bar next to Srivithai hotel not too far from the old bus station. The monkey bar if you want more mature farangs. The monkey bar not far from the catholic school. -
