(*) Possibility 1, the girl named the spot, the problem then is that now she says she doesn't know where it happened, so unless she suddenly developed amnesia there's at least one lie within those two statements.

Possibility 2, the mother is the source of the supposed location, how would she know if not from her daughter? Someone else perhaps, why that someone else didn't provide testimony when the RTP went to the UK then?

Possibility 3, the Samui Times made it up, I think that's the most likely because it's patently obvious that they tried really hard to frame the alleged rape as connected to the 2014 murders. This possibility begs the question, why would the alleged victim, and her mother, still hang around these people if they have twisted the case to suit their own agenda? A few days ago I saw the mother still using the Samui Times as her means to make public statements.

If we assume the girl is telling the truth about having no memory of where she woke up, and if she didn't change her story, then the location must have been invented by ST.

As for why the mother is still hanging around those people, my guess is because they lend a sympathetic ear and she doesn't have anyone else to rely on.

She's made an allegation.

You keep saying she did this and that without ever providing information or sources to back it up. That discredits people. That's deliberately misleading people.

I've never once said she was telling anything. I've only ever asked for a proper and fair investigation. As soon as Big Joke said he couldn't find evidence of a rape (he was looking in a spot she never stated) and then he said she'd be arrested and blacklisted if she was lying, we knew the investigation wouldn't be fair or taken seriously.

Would you like me to supply you with that link where he said it? Here you go, anyway;

Please feel free to back up what you say; otherwise, it's nothing more than propaganda.

It’s was said in a news article they questioned 200 witnesses

.....and the alleged 'victim' can't remember if it happened.

Just have to get your dig in ???? like a 13 year old girl having a spite contest...

Please provide a link where she states she cannot remember if she was assaulted.

Jesus, the only thing she remembers is waking up with an ape next to her, knowing something bad had happened.

Nowhere that I can recall does she doubt that something actually happened - which is your whole point.

She definitely does not want to hang around here listening to old age pensioners get off calling her daughter a liar, preferring their own fantasied versions; sad old woman haters discussing intimate details, in support of their own 'truth'.

BigC stand for Big Chang by any chance?

Maj-Gen Surachate Hakparn says that the London teenager who claims   she was drugged, robbed and raped on Koh Tao will be blacklisted for life if she is lying.

He went on saying that “Thailand wants quality tourists – not bad ones. There is not a scrap of evidence to suggest she is telling the truth.”

He was commenting after a visit to Koh Tao last week with an investigation team and spoke to 200 or so people about the claimed incident.

BUT now he is saying she is NOT blacklisted! There is not a scrap of evidence she is lying as they would not take her report when she tried,if you believe they spoke to 200 you must believe they can push floods out with speedboats doh

There is not a scrap of evidence to confirm her claims of rape. No sperm on the T shirt, no witnesses among her travelling companions to verify her story, and  conflicting statements of the route she took that night.

She took the t- shirt home to give to the UK police, Maybe they didn't test it, just looked at it for a couple of months before giving it to the visiting Thai police.

So you’re assuming they tested it? Well, it seems pretty obvious they must have tested it. Just put the link up where the British authorities state they tested the t-shirt and also and found no semen.

She said her friends pointed out the semen stain when she returned.

The one with her, you mean Martin, has he given any interviews where he says he was drugged?

She had been on the island a few days, enough to know the way to the bar and back.

they said it looked like it! big difference. Sure they thought it could be after she  told them she had been drugged, robbed and raped

how do you know she went to the same bar all 3 days?

you are spouting crap again

they did yes but its in thailand so not under their jurisdiction

Personally i think the family should have had private DNA done too

Why bother if the UK police have already told them there was no semen on it? Remember the mother said she felt let down by the UK authorities, suggesting there was nothing on the t-shirt.

I want to add a possibility to the list regarding the location.

It's possible that she didn't remember where it was and the cops asked her what was the last location she remembers and then the cops made a conjecture based on that. Or something like this.  Unlikely but possible.

Interesting how none of these friends have come foreward to verify her story.

Even more interesting is how you won’t share the link where the UK authorities state they tested the t-shirt and found no semen.

You're really desperate, aren't you? Somebody touches her shoulder, brushes past her in a crowded pub, that DNA could be absolutely anybody's.
