It would be for a wedding reception of sorts, but stripped down without the ceremony. Mostly just a cocktail party with food and drinks for 100-200 guests, no flowers or large cake, so it's not important for the planner to be specialised in weddings. Contacts with different food caterers would be advantageous! Might be important to note that for now we've moved back to Europe, but we'll be having the "destination party" in Bangkok in 2 years. We'd like to find someone who is reliable and can communicate with us from abroad, and someone who's experienced with more unique weddings, not the standard hotel ballroom decorated with a million flowers.
