OP, maybe specify if its an empty condo you are looking for or a fully furnished serviced apartment.

Sure, you can find lots of condos to rent for 6 months but they will be empty, no furniture, no electricity connected, no internet, no cable TV etc. You can find condos that come with a basic bed, refrigerator and maybe a TV but no linen, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Or you can rent a condo thats just like a hotel, linen, cleaner each day, everything already connected.

Most people, when they say they want to rent a condo, really just want a long term hotel room or serviced apartment. Long term rental can often mean a lot of set-up costs, internet/cable TV connected, electricty on etc, even providing your own furniture..

 

 

 

 

 

You can find newish apartments with furniture in the Phra Tamnak area for 8k to 9k. 12 month contracts. So likely possible to get one of the same for 10k on a six month contract.
