Photo: Eakkapop Thongtub PHUKET: Police have taken into custody two men who were racing on Thepkrasattri Rd this afternoon (Oct 27) when they ran a red light at the Khao Lan intersection in Thalang and slammed into a pickup truck. Police reported that the men were allegedly shooting at each other while racing along the road when the accident happened, about 3pm this afternoon. Both men escaped serious injuries in the collision. From the linked report... "Photos taken at the scene showed that onme of the men was found in possession of a sharp knife, but no gun". My point was that they were obviously not shooting at each other and, as the police were not involved until after the collision, the only way they could have information about alleged shooting was from mistaken witnesses. Do you really think that in the split second before impact the rider was able to make the decision to dump it somewhere so effectively that it has not been found? Geez... I'm commenting on what was actually reported, I am not saying, categorically, what happened but it could be true, just as your opinion of events could reflect what happened. Geez...
