Last first, white bread to me tastes like a mixture of sawdust and cotton wool so I always go for the wolewheat.

 

Anybody here got any opinions or knowledge of the local produc? When available I get the BigC version but all others are equally acceptable.

 

Getting my Tesco English Breakfast Tea I saw their Black Tea. I thought basically all teas except the green variety were black. Anyone know more about it than me?

I get all my flour from YOK in ChiangMai, bread Flour 32bht/kg, whole wheat flour 38bht/kg, rye flour 50bht/kg.
