Dear Khun Eric (when this is really you, and not one of the 'small hands' posting, less 'intellectually interesting' contributions under your name when you're maybe not available), allow me not to let you twist around what I wrote in my #30.

It is quite understandable that you always defend here some persons, and their organisations, erm, let's just say: you feel 'sympathy' for.

But for you to negate an important principles taught in every Law school in doing so, is, well, quite unexpected from a person like you!

And considering the correct orthographic form of the contributions on this topic, I suppose it is really you, this time...
