Another Motorbike Accident on Second Road

On the 16th of February at 3.00am, Pattaya Police was called to the scene of a motorbike accident in front of Mike Shopping Mall on Pattaya 2nd Road.

Police and Rescue Volunteers arrived at the scene to find two damaged Honda Grave motorbikes lying on the road.

Police also found two injured people named Mrs. Nathagarn Hall, aged 29 and Mr. Christian John Hall, aged 35. Both are husband and wife. The two were rushed to the Pattaya Memorial Hospital.

Police were told that there were two other injured foreigners who had been taken to Bangkok Pattaya Hospital.

Witnesses told Police that the bikes were riding along Second Road behind each other when for whatever reason one of the bikes suddenly changed lanes and caused the collision.

The initial investigation and inquiry at the scene has been recorded. Police later called the hospitals and discovered that nobody was serious hurt and the two parties had left for home already.

Police will contact the two parties for negotiation of damage and medical treatment at the Police station.

I came past there just after the accident occured, and it was nowhere near Mike Mall. It was on 2nd Road just north of its intersection with Pattaya Tai.
