Similar topic came up in another thread recently, and this case is a perfect example. As an informal and inside the thread poll, and there are no right or wrong answers, can members post a percentage of who they attribute criminality / blame to in the case? Is it 100% the guys fault for handing over the money, thus allowing himself to be scammed, or is it 100% the Thai girl's criminality, in which she scammed him, or, can it be apportioned to each. Eg. 70% the guys fault 30% the Thai girls fault. Just interested, but for sure this guy is destined to be another "miserable expat."
