The logic behind some of the stuff that BBC banned is quite inexplicable. The famous one, of course is Lola by The Kinks, being about a ladyboy, but some of these are just odd.

A new supermarket opened near my house.

It has an automatic water mister to keep the produce fresh. Just before it activates, you hear the sound of distant thunder and catch the scent of fresh rain.

When you approach the milk section, you hear cows mooing and experience the aroma of fresh hay.

Near the egg case, hens cluck, and the air fills with the smell of bacon and eggs frying.

The vegetable department features the scent of fresh buttered corn.

I don’t buy toilet paper there anymore.

A new teacher arrived at school and introduced herself to the class, saying, "good morning my name is Miss Franny, which is an unusual name, so after the weekend when we come back on Monday, I will give a prize to the student who can remember my name correctly".

Well Monday came round and all the students in class had a go at remembering the teacher's name and one boy had found a way to memorise it over the weekend saying to himself, "Fanny with an R, Fanny with an R" and repeating it endlessly.

On Monday nobody in the class could get her name right, until this one boy put his hand up, so she said, okay you could win the prize, so what is my name?
