Swimming pool tile grout - is there a difference?

Featured Replies

The candidates:

Weber Color HR

Crocodile Platinum Tile Crout

Vis a vis which one lasts the longest, is the most cost effective, extra, basically which one is the best?

I've been told by professional pool builders that both are fine tile grouts. You can buy slightly different colors of swimming pool tile grout in Thailand depending on which brand. The weight of each large bucket of Crocodile Swimming Pool tile grout  is not the same at the weight of the Weber Swimming Pool tile grout in Thailand. You will be happy with either brand in my opinion. Check the color samples to pick the color that is best for your Thailand Swimming pool.

I don't normally use the Crocodile version but the Weber Color HR is pretty foolproof being a 2 part mix. Some of the colours are more expensive.

Anywhere in TH that sells wholesale a good pool grout?  Looking at a few threads in this forum, it seems the options are:

Crocodile pool grout
Super Champ Extra 3 Plus Tile Grout for Pools
Weber Color HR

Weber is 2 part & even the natives can't get it wrong (Well?)

You are looking at 4 - 5 K baht a 20 litre bucket.

I'll use the webercolor-poxy for my mosaic tiled pool.

I hope by the end of net week I'll be finished with removing the old grout.

I'll come back when I'm finished with the regrouting.

Lots more grout used in a mosaic tiled pool!

Update:

I've finished the regrouting with the Weber epoxy grout about 3 Months ago and very happy with the result.

I used about 15 buckets for the whole pool, expensive but well worth it.

No leaks anymore.
