Video: Vietnamese man who assaulted Thai clerk arrested on train

 

 

Police served an arrest warrant on a Vietnamese man after a female clerk at Bang Yai City condominium in Bangkok filed a charge of assault.

 

A video showed Luang Wan Jen or "Bird" attack Monlaphan Kholae, 34, at the condominium. 

 

She had merely reprimanded him over smoking at the building. 

 

Luang fled on the Bangkok to Nong Khai train and was arrested in the night at Khon Kaen. 

 

He was taken back to Bangkok yesterday for a reenactment in front of the victim at the scene of the crime. 

 

He faces charges of assault and has been detained.

Smokers should have to post a bond or buy insurance of some sort. Certainly this smoker needs jail time.

Looking at the video one might think he was fighting for his life. 

 

What the hell is wrong with some people? 

 

The saddest part is even with all the swinging and kicking he stil did not manage to knock her out or do much damage , he better pray while in lock up he does not pick a fight with a man
