February 7, 20206 yr So many fads and way to try and lose weight (and so much money tied up in the process – rinse and repeat) – In my simple world it’s a easy formula (the execution of it is the hard part) Give up on processed food. Sugar is the big killer – (That include eating lots of pineapples and drinking juices). Cut back on alcohol big time – Try and go dry for 6 months. Get a smaller plate and put less food on it. Do any form of cardio exercise – Cycling is a great way (just try and not get killed on the road J) Bottom line is – you have to change what you eat. Exercise alone will not make you lose weight. Keep your calorie intake less than what you burn and you will lose weight. I was > 120kg 6 years ago …… two years later I was 78kg …… Today … about 83kg …. Remember the hard part is not losing 5 or 10 kg … the hard part is to keep it off ???? . Good luck
February 7, 20206 yr You don't have to change what you eat if you don't want to, just eat less. Also weight is only 1 measure of health. I'm going to have a beer this weekend and still lose weight. Exercise is a poor way to lose weight unless it's a weekly hobby you can do for years.
