By "tonic" you mean soda/soft drinks I believe (have not heard tonic since the 50's in New England).  About the only thing you will find in Thailand are Pepsi Max and Coke Zero without sugar.  Believe there is also some A&W Root Beer (which is likely good) but have never found it.  Diet drinks have a very short shelf life so expect that is why makers have never offered for sale here as there has been very little market to support making it.  Sugar is cheap.

I haven’t seen it in Thailand and I would love to get some.

I think the only chance would be Friendship.....possibly Tops or Best supermarket.

In New England states we did call soda/soft drinks tonic when I was a kid - most outside of that area did not have a clue what we were talking about.  But perhaps OP did actually mean tonic water and indeed do remember tonic & gin.

A couple of years ago I did notice a bottle in Friendship. I cant remember if it was called Low Calorie Tonic Water or Diet Tonic Water. I do remember it was a large glass bottle. As I don't drink gin I only noticed it because as I was looking for something else.
