HI,

I came to Thailand in November month. my visa is valid till 28th January  2019. what will happen if i resign my job tomorrow and gave work permit to the employer. am i allowed stay till my visa finish?

would i be possible to get another good job with non b visa after. ?

Yes you can stay until January 28th as your permission to stay is not currently linked to your work/job.

If you get another job you could apply for a work permit using the current non 'B' visa.

You have nothing to worry about. The 90 day entry from the non-b will not be canceled when your work permit is canceled. Immigration cannot cancel it.

Some companies will tell you they must cancel your visa. They cannot. Don't let them even touch your passport, keep it in your pocket no matter what they tell you.

You can travel in Thailand wherever you like.
