So I just saw this video about some local Thai Guy who was so good at getting with Western women that eventually he was reported by other Thai people to the police for his "risky behavior".  What the hell? Why do people care what he did. I don't understand this. Could someone explain it to me. This is the video in question.

 

Where does one even report such things to if they wanted to? I doubt you can just call the emergency police hotline for such small things. I'm suspecting perhaps it's this department?
