Underwear Video Clip Maker Apprehended

On the 23rd of February at 12.20 am Pattaya Police were informed that an individual had been detained by a security guard at Carrefour Shopping Centre Central Pattaya.

He had been caught trying to obtain video images of a young woman’s underwear.

Police arrived at the scene to find Thai Mr. Manop Hong-sip, aged 34, together with a Samsung video digital camera.

The offender confessed to Police that he had spotted the young girl wearing a short skirt. He decided to try and get a video clip of the girl’s underwear by concealing his mobile phone within a shopping basket and lowered it to the ground.

However, the girl realized what was happening and alerted the security guard of the department store.

“Up-Skirt” Movie Maker arrested at Shopping Center.

A bizarre case now from Pattaya Police Station dealt with by Police Lieutenant Colonel Sutat, an Investigations Officer. Khun Damrong aged 24 made a complaint regarding allegations of a man who, she claims, took an intimate movie of her at the Carrefour Shopping Center in Central Pattaya, by placing a camera in a shopping basket and placing the basket by her feet.

The camera was pointed in the direction of her skirt. Khun Manop aged 36, the suspected snapper, was arrested by security guards and was taken to Pattaya Police Station where he confessed to taking the secret up-skirt movies and confirmed to be in possession of many other films of a similar nature.

He did stress that they were for his own personal use and he had no intention of selling the footage. Police decided to charge the man with lewd conduct in a public place and deleted the existing movies from his camera.
