Are you saying you expect to retrieve it yourself or the police will forcefully extract it for you.?

It "appears" you have adequate time, energy, and money...if the lawyers do not satisfy your need for redemption,  you may consider placing a "hit on them" or burn notice by some local biker/thia gang/or Russians.  There are lots of both in Pattaya..I would say they are very professional or experts at what they do - better than the local police.  It will be faster, cheaper, and likely most effective at delivering short and long term results.
