webfact Posted January 31, 2019 Share Posted January 31, 2019 Smartly dressed farang caught on CCTV brazenly shoplifting in Market Village Hua Hin This is the moment a smartly dressed middle aged Western man was caught on CCTV stealing a 690 baht bag from a shop in Market Village Hua Hin. Footage clearly shows the man looking at the bag before carefully placing it between two plastic bags he was also carrying and walking off without paying for the item. The incident, which happened right under a CCTV camera, is believed to have taken place on January 24 with the item stolen from the Army apparel store located next to the escalators in the basement of Market Village. The owner of the store shared the footage on Facebook asking for help in identifying the thief.
