Is the language component of PR absolutely fixed and set in stone? I'm not conversational, at one time I could have a bit of a random chat. I could not even speak on topic for a minute but might be able to memorize something loosely. I believe I could make it over the rest of the hurdles from the basics I'm aware of.

 

Finally, what would it take for a lawyer to do the paperwork? I know one that would treat me fairly but would like an idea of the cost for all the paperwork.
