A set of retouched images by renowned Thai photographer Chub Nokkaew of Wat Arun’s iconic statues wearing face masks was apparently so skilfully made that it almost resulted in him facing a criminal charge.

PHUKET:-- Water rations will be brought into effect across major residential and business areas across Phuket from Friday (Feb 8 ) as officials struggle to conserve dwindling water supplies in the island’s three main reservoirs until the annual rains return in May.

SYDNEY/BANGKOK (Reuters) - Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said on Tuesday he was "disturbed" to see Bahraini refugee footballer Hakeem Al Araibi in shackles in Thailand and had told its prime minister this was a serious issue for Australians.

During her incarceration she placed the card on top of her bedding each morning to reserve her sleeping spot. The card states her crime (theft), her age (25) and the length of her sentence (6 months). 

 

 

I left my home in Olympia, Washington, in January 2018 to undertake a two-year global journey I hoped would help me to discover more about the world and, subsequently, myself.

Large police contingent investigate theft from hero foreign dive instructor who helped at Chiang Rai cave rescue
