How do you know they will let you stay here next year?

From the 'Spaniard' thread we see even the Elite VISA can be cancelled on a whim.

The government makes lots of money from the industry, why would they shoot themselves in the toe.

Of course there may be one unlucky sole coming across problems, but in the whole scheme, the term safe as houses still will apply in Thailand for a long while yet.
