New Boobies!

Reason for going over the muscle (sub-glandular) was because I was weight training at the time. With the implants placed under the muscle there is a greater chance that the implants could be pushed down or out to the sides the stronger the pectorals got. Its not uncommon to see in some of the female bodybuilders and fitness/figure competitors with implants pushed out under their armpits. Also too many have had their pec muscles cut too much by the surgeon that the muscle above can actually flip up during some exercises.

Now that I've retired from competition and only train a couple of times a week (if I'm lucky to even make it to the gym at all) I will be going for a partial submuscular to try and prevent rippling caused by my low bf levels and lack of breast tissue.

Personally I think subglandular looks more natural as you don't have the implant compressed by the pectorals but I've also seen some real good submuscular jobs too, but even better partial submuscular. If you have a good level of level of BF/natural breast tissue, I recommend going over the muscle as the recovery process afterwards and how it fills out bras & bikini tops looks better imo :o

LOL You've got the right idea going in to see a surgeon with your maternity bra and saying "Fill em up to suit these please". I know I won't be going in to ask them to upgrade me to my maternity bra size (no matter how much my husband begs & pleads for them back beat.gif). My back still hasnt forgiven me for the punishment of those suckers around !

Thanks for all feedback and info, my sis seems to think that Yanhee Hospital is the way to go for her! I hope this is a good choice (seems ok, as she has a friend in hometown Oz with Yanhee boobies as proof!!) .... :o

a thai girlfriend of mine got new bosoms at yanhee too. they look great. went in under the arm. cost her about USD $1000.

bargain.

According to their website they are almost the same price as bumrungrad not half price. Only about 5,000 baht cheaper. Seems to me like going to a better hospiatal for only 5,000 baht more would be a good deal.

How did you get them so cheap ?? Or did they have a special going on ? Or did they raise their price ??

List Cost (US$)

(Correct upper/lower eyelid) done elsewhere 600

Adam's apple shaving (Chondroplasty) 650

Alar reduction 350

Augmentation Phalloplasty by scrotal Flap or by Fat Flap (GA) 2,800

Breast Augmentation 400 CC. 2,400

1. Shes Thai. May explain the difference in cost.

2. It was about 2 yrs ago I guess.

Thanks for letting me know. My wife wants bigger breast but the price she has found here in chiang mai is 60,000 baht. If she can get them at Yanhee for 35,000 she will probably be right down.

Definitely recommend silicone gel implants over saline too.

After all the stories about punctured silicone implants ruining peoples life why would you recommend them?

Actually I had the impression they were no longer available -- but what do I know :o

I recommend SILICONE GEL because they are totally different to the "old silicone" implants. With the old implants, if the implant ruptured the women would end up having silicone running throughout their bodies as it was more liquid.

The gel implants used in recent years are different in consistancy (thick, gummy, not runny) and should the implant rupture, there is no possiblity of the silicone running wildly throughout the body like the original implants did.

DI :D

Also, while silicone implants lost their FDA approval in the US, that didn't necessarily affect their status in the rest of the world. The US FDA has quite recently reapproved silicone implants, anyway.

I noticed the price similarity between Bumrungrad and Yanhee myself. I was wondering if Yanhee might be a better choice as they are more specialized in that type of procedure? I think of Bumrungrad more for non-cosmetic procedures. I may be wrong.

I just have to add that breast implants are unnecessary. They don't feel nice to the touch and sometimes things can go wrong in the operation and cause health problems that could have been avoided (i.e. not getting the operation).

But, if she wants it, yeah just don't for those old silicone ones.

Why is it that men are mostly the ones against implants? :o

Its not like we get them for male approval anyway. I'll take my fake titties E cup chest over a flat chest ANY DAY :D

FYI - the old type silicone implants are not available anyway and the new ones feel and look very natural.

The time is nigh! My sis arrives in a few days and is off to Yanhee Hospital and the (apparently) acclaimed cosmetic surgeon Dr Greechart will birth her "twins" -as she is now calling them.

She will be here on Phuket next week showing off her new cleavage. Her wedding is a week later, the whole family is coming from Oz... all we need now is a dress, gluten-free cake and a sunny day! :D

ps. she still hasn't told my mum - but maybe mother won't notice! :o
