Is The TM-7 Form The Same?

Can anyone who has recently filed for a Retirement Visa extension tell me if the TM-7 Form has changed as the new rules have been implemented; or is it the same form that was used at this time last year? Also, does anyone know of a good source for downloading a blank copy of the form?

Or look at Ubon Joe's posts. He's put them up here MANY times.

I downloaded it from this page for Jomtien Immigration and it was ok on March 04

That link is to "The Bangkok Directory" and that is not the latest TM7 which can be found in a pinned topic in the Thai visa forum.

I got caught out last year as they had changed the form shortly after my last extension  the year before

I used this one  today   new_FillableTM7form.pdf  at Jomtien immigration  no raised eyebrows.

Maybe but it is not the LATEST form

That is the latest version of the form.
