ALGIERS (Reuters) - Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika might resign this week, the private Ennahar and El Bilad TV channels said on Sunday, after mass protests and pressure from the army demanding he end his 20-year rule.

Kudo Beach Club in Patong faces charges after allowing under age entry

KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) - Malaysian prosecutors dropped a murder charge against a Vietnamese woman accused of killing the half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un after she pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of causing harm using dangerous means.

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thai hotelier Dusit Thani and mall operator Central Pattana are investing 36.7 billion baht ($1.16 billion) in a mixed-use project in Bangkok's central business district of Silom, the companies said in a statement.

Thai fruit exports rise under FTA deals

BANGKOK, 1 April 2019 (NNT) - The Director-General of the Department of Trade Negotiations, Auramon Supthaweethum, said Thailand exported fruits worth 2.65 billion US dollars in 2018, a 17 percent increase year-on-year, driven by the country’s free trade agreements (FTA) with the ASEAN, China, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, Peru, Chili, and Hong Kong.

Man kills woman for refusing to lend him more money
