The Chiang Mai smog crisis is conforming to the Law of Unintended Consequences. Around Thapae Gate, water is being sprayed to alleviate the dreaded PM2.5. Useless, because the water has to come from above, not below. Be that as it may, the roads are wet. This poster, fortunately unscathed, has witnessed two accidents in the vicinity because braking on a wet road is apparently not as easy as on a dry road. Who would have thought?
