Domestic Travel Insurance for Thais travelling in Thailand

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Is there such a thing? If so please post a link ????

(I just tried AXA but they only cover trips abroad. My wife & kids will be on the move for 2-3 weeks & I hope to be able to cover them for the duration)

        Eva ????

No. But personal accident insurance can be obtained if that is the concern. Will cover any sort of accident whether away from home or not.

In ase of illness if they are too ill to travel back to the government hospital they ate registeted at, they can receive emergency care at any govt hospital under the 30 baht scheme. Though it sometimes takes a csll to the NHSO hotline to avoid being charged by the hospital.
