I'm late to do my balance sheet for my company that owns my house,  should of been done in September I think..

The accounting company I use is telling  me the fine is 12,000b.
Just wondering if that sounds right as I've had nothing to show the fine amount .?

You won't see the fine until they attempt to update your company, then it will be presented and must be paid before the update is approved (that is why they are telling you now)

This is a tax matter and you would be wise to consider it to be even more important than Immigration rules.  When it comes to money I know of no government that doesn't take taxes seriously

I might add that if you put it off any longer you will owe for two years of missing taxes since updates are based upon calendar years, so right now you owe for 2018 and soon 2019
