Routine skin cancer check in BKK

Featured Replies

Where can I get a routine skin cancer check in BKK? Do I need to go to a public hospital?

Thanks in advance.

Skin cancer expertise is not normal in Thailand as it is not very common for Thai to have.  Only a few foreign experienced dermatologists have much knowledge and even fewer have much experience treating.  Even the oldest and most basic treatment method, liquid nitrogen, is not available at many hospitals.  Most people are advised to go to Pattaya and Dr. Anna.  If using others be sure they test anything that might be cancer as most will likely think it is not - but that does not mean others are not good; but this is one speciality where experience really counts.
