No name, age, description or nationality was given for the man, who was turned in by locals who saw him walking on Soi Khopai 4/1 May 23. He obviously was carrying no identification. As much as It may offend people, being naked may seem odd, but it shouldn't be a crime Unless there is something else going on that is. Would i DO IT?
