new imigration office

I have find out that the office has no elevator(lift) but only stairs. And i am unable to use a stair ,my knees killing me and dont work well.

What to do now???

Could be Hua Hin, too, no?  Other thread the OP said it's a three story building, Immigration is on the top floor, and no elevator.

Ratchaburi Immigration has escalators but both of them are closed since the day they open around two years ago,  You have to take the stairs, no choice.
