Using direct bank payment from Bangkok Bank I found out there was a 30,000 THB transfer limit. The support person told me QR code payments have higher limits, if I recall I think he said the limit is $15,000 per transaction via QR code payment.

 

Has anyone done a QR code payment for a high amount? Any running into trouble with it?

Thought it was 50,000 baht limit same as ATM but @Pib will be able to tell you better than me.

On my Bangkok Bank mbanking app it states the default per payment transaction limit (like a QR payment) is Bt50K), but you can change that limit by visiting your branch.
