rooster59 Posted June 15, 2019 Posted June 15, 2019 Buddhist couple killed in drive-by shooting in Narathiwat By The Nation A Buddhist couple was killed in a drive-by shooting and their motorcycle was stolen in Narathiwat’s Rangae district early on Saturday morning, police said. Police said the incident occurred at 7.50am on the Hulu Pareh village’s main road in Tambon Tanyong Mus. The couple were riding their motorcycle back home from Tanyong Mus Market when two insurgents on a motorcycle caught up with them and opened fire at them. The pillion rider rode the couple’s motorcycle away and police fear it may be used to conceal a bomb later. Police did not disclose the names of the couple.
