Well then, all those timely stories of good hearted honest cabbies returning lost items etc.... just got to be true or the computer crime guys would be investigating those stories.

The police post false information almost weekly: 'crackdown on prostitution found NONE on Walking Street;' never a month goes by without an 'honest' taxi driver returning a 'lost' wallet.

RTP is only stirred into action by the thought of money and/or Facebook stories.
