‘Economic Avenger Team’ reveals Cabinet rescue mission for Northeast

The Democrat Party's "Economic Avenger Team" on Sunday announced its fact-finding mission to the Northeast found the region is suffering two major problems – water shortages and farmers afflicted by crushing debt. Party members would begin tackling the problems once they were assigned Cabinet positions, team leader Prinn Panitchpakdi said.

Seven face grilling over suspect weight-loss pills

A study by navigation company TomTom conducted tests on metropolitan congestion. It’s used data from Bangkok, Mexico City, Jakarta and three Chinese cities – Chongqing, Beijing and Chengdu. The study points out that wherever there is an economic hub, congestion follows and frustration among commuters along with it.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Financier Jeffrey Epstein was arrested late on Saturday on suspicion of sex trafficking of underage girls and will appear in federal court in Manhattan on Monday, a source familiar with the matter said, meaning he will face charges similar to those he avoided in a 2007 plea deal.
