A piece of old smelly french cheese with a fresh baguette just out of the oven

Ooooh, yes! My dad (sadly passed away) & I had a "Smelly cheese" contest in HK about 8 years ago. We went (separately) around the delis & bought up the stinkiest cheeses we could find. That evening we & my mum sat down with wine, bread & the cheeses & judged them. I won, but that was one fantastic night "judging"! :D:o:D

Unfortunately, I am not supported by my family for this addiction. Nobody eat cheese, but I do not eat SomTam with raw "old fish" eiher.

A McDonald's breakfast would be fab.

Burger King does breakfast in Thailand, but it SUCKS.

A Egg McMuffin and Mc D's pancakes first thing in the morning go down GOOD!

Hey I haven't had a Dr pepper in a long time.

What to eat ?? The first thing that popped into my mind was a place my dad and i used to eat at in Maine. You got 2 Maine lobsters on a bed of clams with a plate of thick garlic bread,a small bowl of chowder and a beer for $10. We ate it for breakfast lunch and dinner while we were there. And for those of you that eat lobster in Phuket the seafood from cold water tastes much better than seafood from warm water.

OK,

1. fresh swordfish in hawaii rubbed with a little olive oil and a tiny bit of salt and pepper and on the bbq

on the beach cooked only by the captain from the boat who caught it.

2. a bottle of merlot or a six pack of beer depending on my mood. red wine is actually just fine with

fish in my world.

Very true, I've fished off both the southern and northern Australian coasts and the fish, crustaceans and shell fish from the colder water are vastly superior. When I was a kid in South Australia we used to catch the Australian rock lobster, which we called crayfish, by walking our home made craypots out on the reefs at low tide. I've eaten Maine lobster but those 'crays' were better in my opinion.

BUFFALO JOES WINGS FROM EVANSTON ILLINOIS,CAN SOMEONE SEND ME THE RECIPE THANK YOU

I don't have "Buffalo Joe's" recipe, but I make a great buffalo wing.

The secret of a good Buffalo wing is in the cooking.

The wings must be deep fried, never baked or grilled.

Take appropriate amount of wings and trim off the tips and discard. Then cut wings in half.....this will produce those little "drumettes" and the other wing part that are so deliciously easy to handle and dip in blue cheese dressing.

Deep fry wings in a large pot, oil must be kept in the range of 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry in batches if making a lot.....don't allow the oil to cool too much by dropping too many wings at once.

Fry about 12-15 minutes. Drain on rack or paper.

While wings are frying........Melt one 1/4 pound butter in a sauce pan. add one cup hot sauce. (I use "Franks" by the "Durkee" company in the U.S.).....Look for a sauce with vinegar in it if franks is unavailable.

Combine sauce with wings in a large bowl until coated.

Enjoy with blue cheese dressing and celery.

My personal preference is for really hot wings. I add Thai chili garlic sauce, schiracha, black pepper, and crushed red pepper to the sauce......experiment with quantities to suit your palate.

These taste just as good if not better than any commercial wing I have had...and I've had a lot!!!
