If that's anything like shawarma (or gyros, if you'd rather the Greek version), there used to be a place on Sukhumvit Soi 3, about halfway to Bumrungrad. It was on the side of a beer bar called "Bamboo Bar". Might be gone by now, of course, that was 2005. (Sorry for the thread gravedigging, I was looking up a restaurant.)
